Lauren is an accomplished social impact strategist with a proven track record of mobilizing influential advocates for groundbreaking campaigns and INITIATIVES.

She has collaborated with best-in-class nonprofits, award-winning producers, and Fortune 100 companies to build strategic partnerships with public figures, artists, and cultural influencers. These alliances have resulted in increased visibility and funding for organizations and their missions.

Lauren's passion for cultivating impactful storytelling and her expertise in talent integration led her to found Enfield Road in 2017, where she provides a pathway for individuals, businesses, and practitioners to build story-based strategies that expand beyond their base and reach important audiences. Prior to launching Enfield Road, Lauren oversaw the Talent Integration division at Sunshine Sachs, representing leaders in arts and entertainment, social justice, tech, philanthropy, business, and more. She began her career in the media and entertainment industry as a producer at independent film companies in Los Angeles, London, and New York before transitioning to nonfiction film and TV and social impact filmmaking when she joined The Documentary Group in 2009.

As a founding member of Girl Rising, a film and social action campaign that received high praise from the New York Times as "one of the hottest 'cause' documentaries in years," she led a global network of prominent ambassadors, including Hollywood stars such as Meryl Streep, Kerry Washington, Priyanka Chopra, Alicia Keys, Cate Blanchette, Selena Gomez, Anne Hathaway, and others to promote girls' education in developing countries through the power of storytelling and creative content. In addition, Lauren has forged strategic alliances with an impressive roster of organizations, including MoveOn, The Nature Conservancy, National Domestic Workers Alliance & Caring Across Generations, Mental Health Action Day, Public Art Fund, Special Olympics, No Kid Hungry, USO, American Red Cross, Human Rights Watch, Sierra Club, Human Rights Campaign, National Audubon Society, Everytown for Gun Safety, Keep A Child Alive, EMILY’s List, and multiple UN agencies. Her expertise in curating expert speakers, influencers, and high-profile talent has also led to her success in leading cause marketing initiatives for notable brands.

Lauren holds a BA from Occidental College and provides workshops and consultations on the topic of social impact partnerships and applying the power of narrative for social change. She has been a featured speaker for NYU's School of Professional Studies, The Fledgling Fund Engagement Lab, UN Global Compact Women's Empowerment Principles anniversary event, and The Newport Film Festival. Based in New York City, Lauren is dedicated to empowering individuals and organizations to make a meaningful impact through storytelling and strategic partnerships.
